Study On The Development Of Industrial Clusters During Rising In The Midland Region

The rising of industrial clusters is an inevitable trend that modern industry development adapts to the economic globalization and the market competition is increasingly vigorous , which is a kind of industry space organized formation for creating competitive advantages, and it has the mighty scale effect and continual competition advantages. From the experience in developed countries, actively carrying out effective industrial clusters development strategy is an important condition that a business enterprise, a region or a nation fulfils economic prosperity and keeps on the continual competitive advantages, according to each situation and advantages. In recent years, industrial clusters play the important role in regional economy development, such as the Yangtze River delta and the Zhu River delta etc. They have explained fascinating content that industrial clusters include. Therefore, industrial clusters have become the important question commonly studied in industry economy realm all over the world. The research result shows that industrial clusters with creativity and vitality are important guarantees that countries and regions economy quickly and healthily develop. At the same time, the strategy of industrial clusters has been proved that it is valid strategy mode in domestic and international district economic development practice.In the midland region of our country, the economic development level is always lower than national average level from the reformation and open on, and the margin between it and developed southeast regions has gradually extended, which doesn't match the inside stalk position as economy development connection between the east and the west. Therefore, diligently developing central region economy, effectively utilizing advantages in the midland region, accelerating rising in national district economy, and realizing the national economy to harmoniously and healthily develop are important goal in front of us, and also key for our country keeping rational district development.This dissertation thinks that as a kind of form of economy development, the industrial clusters is a superior choice that central regions economy develop, and is also important guarantee realizing strategy target in the central part rising.The theories of domestic and international industrial clusters are stated in the first part of this dissertation, which is exhaustive to introduce industrial clusterstheory research's development, and sums up the concepts, characteristics, classifications of industrial clusters and the way it has formed. Using economic principles to analyze the inherent pushing mechanism of industrial clusters and economic development, and prove the growth economy function of industrial clusters. The next in order, through practically analyzing domestic and international different instances about industrial clusters, the silicon valley, "the third Italy", Datian industry agglomeration in Tokyo and Zhuji Big Tang sock industry district in Zhejiang province etc, drawing lessons from their development experience and concluding key factors resulting in successful industrial clusters develop. Thirdly, after analyzing present economy development conditions in the central regions, joining together the basic speculation that central regions rising strategy set up, this dissertation argues the necessity that the central regions develop industrial clusters, and establishes four kinds of modes developing industrial clusters in the central regions: the mode guided by the advanced business enterprise in formation like geese flying, the mode sharing the region conditions, the mode forming network and the mode that core enterprise surrounded by different satellite firms, which adapts to six provinces in the central regions with different basic conditions to develop industrial clusters. Finally, industrial clusters development policies and advice are pointedly proposed to promote the midland region progress.
