Marketing is a sub-system of management system. Marketing is the first chain ofcorporation chain, resource of margin and value-added chain. Finance management isanother sub-system of management system and is one major embracnchment ofmorden management. Good finance management will affect the development ofcorporation. Through the study of marketing and finance management, we want tofind the relative chains of these two sub-systems and enhance the competitive ofbusiness and want to make more profit and better cash flow.Finance control is a control system of corporation financial activities which willcontrol the award of capital, investing, using and distributing. In order to do thefinance control in time, we should let the other departments well known the functionof finance control. And we should let the relative responsibility unit have enoughpower and responsibility. From the view of marketing and sales, this paper studies thefinance control. We want to break the opposite of salesman and finance specialists.Through the budget and estmation before contract signing, we want to make moreprofit and better cash flow. In a corporation, the budget will not the same as fact, butwe can make it more correct than before. It is very important for corporation tocontrol cash flow.At last, we use OS Company as an example to confirm above theory. Also thecase study has developmental meaning to the other industry.
