Recently, with fiercer competition, enterprises are facing more complex environments of social and economy. Thus, uncertainties interfere enterprises effectively running ever and again. A kind of uncertainty which will come in the future or a kind of possibility which will bring losses is called risk. The marketing system plays an important role in an enterprise. Having interviewed and investigated some manufacturers of large-size machine and equipment in the local place, the author finds that there are many kinds of risks in the most marketing system .How to manage these risks? The author will take the financial point of view to think about the problems of risk management in the marketing system. The author holds that dividing the whole financial risks which an enterprise is facing into some parts, and recombining those is a new way to manage financial risks.Based on this notion, the article will talk about the financial risks in the marketing system in manufacturers of large-size machine and equipment, from it's actuality and the practice of financial risks management. The article will take the marketing system in manufacturers of large-size machine and equipment which has some branches as research object. The article will regard identifying &controlling financial risks in the marketing system as a focus to study.At the beginning, the article defines the conception of risk & financial risk, and researches into the theory correlative of risk management & financial risk management respectively. On the bases of research, the article talks about identifying the financial risks in the marketing system in manufacturers of large-size machine and equipment. The result is that there are five types of financial risks in the marketing system, namely inventory risk, money receivable risk, tax risk, and morality risk. Afterwards, the author identifies these risks respectively, and elaborates the causes & harms each one arises. And then, the author puts forwards the main principles of controlling the financial risks in the marketing system in manufacturers of large-size machine and equipment. That is to say, analyzing financial risks comprehensively, controlling financial risks primarily, and designing the scheme feasible. On the principle of it, the author will reanalyze the financial risks in the marketing system in order to confirm the primary risk for controlling. The author believes that enterprises should control financial risks along the marketing chain of machine---contract----money. In the end, the author makes a plan to control financial risks in the marketing system in manufacturers of large-size machine and equipment .The author's idea is that enterprises should devise the controlling point of the marketing chain, aiming at the typical flow of marketing, being regarded as a financial manager, with the view to controlling financial risks in the marketing system in manufacturers of large-size machine and equipment more operable and more referable.
