In the early 20 th century modern personal finance services first originated,after the rapid development of the last century,with the rapid growth of personal savings and family property,people's awareness of financial management gradually changed,personal finance business began to gradually enter people's daily life.Since 2014,China's economic development has entered a new normal,economic development has begun to transform and upgrade,and the financial ecological environment and operating mechanism have undergone profound changes.With the completion of the reform of interest rate marketization,the deposit and loan spreads in China have been rapidly reduced,and the pattern of city commercial banks depending on interest rate spreads has been greatly threatened.We need to explore diversified sources of profit.In the daily management of modern commercial banks,because of its strong specialty,relatively low risk and high profit return,personal financial services have been paid more and more attention in commercial banks,and have become the focus of commercial banks.As an important part of green intermediary business income,personal finance business profits conform to the development trend of modern commercial banks' innovative operation and the demand of competition.This is an important breakthrough for commercial banks to innovate business development mode and expand the source of profits.This paper adopts the research methods of theoretical research and empirical analysis,chooses H Bank as the research object,takes the statistics of data as the basis,carries on the collation and Analysis on the basis of on-the-spot investigation,and puts forward the corresponding development strategy based on the financial planning theory: facing the huge market demand and the opportunity challenge,the city commerce needs to display.Their own advantages and potential,from product sales-oriented,to customer financial planning services-oriented,through scientific and reasonable training and assessment mechanism,to establish a strong team of financial managers,thus establishing a professional,brand-based personal financial business development model.
