With China economy's high speed development after the reforming and opening up to outside, China's marketing economy has got rapid enhancement, enterprises have kept expanding as market economy deepens. With enterprises scale have kept enlarging and scorching competing in consume market, enterprises" manufacturing and operation have encircled---Sale, which is the ultimate circle of product, Sales branches emerge as the time requires, which have replaced traditional province or territory product sales agency, which leads to come to close towards the market. But, as most sales branches are located as per province or far from group headquarters, in the process of expanding, domestic companies almost have no specific sales finance control Departmet, which result in a weak sales finance sense, improper management in sales tache, weak controlling, which induced such as Account Receivable & Sales Cost out of control, profit got an inverse ratio vs sales income some surprise phenomenon as well.As a top 500 MNC worldwide, U company has entered Chinese FMCG marketing for over 20 years, based on international advanced financial management sense and experience, U company set-up Sales Finance Dept from Y2000, with several years practice and experience, U company's Sales Finance control senses and means has coming a domestic leading state. This article bases on U company ChengDu Branch's current Sales Fin. Control status and issues to analyze, raise solutions to the sales tache for ChengDu Branch, meanwhile it can also provide a practical reference for other sales companies'daily Sales Fin. Control,The dissertation constitutes 4 parts: ChapterⅠ, the paper describes article's background, research purpose and guideline and structure.ChapterⅡ, basic theories on Financial control. This section with help of financial control theory basis, educes concept, also compare sales management accounting with traditional financial accounting on responsibility and working contents, ascertains the importance of sales finance control in Sales companies'routine operations.ChapterⅢ, ChengDu Branch finance control status and problem analysis. Analyzes ChengDu Brach current years'finance data and market situation, find out the problem in present sales finance control, and also analyze the reasons one by one.ChapterⅣ, improve suggestion on perfecting U company. With the ChapterⅢ's reason analysis, combine company & marketing status, draw out suggestions on different issues raises and studies in Chapter III.Major contribution:(1) As U company's sales finance control is keeping a high advanced level in China, with many years experience in ChengDu Branch, as the ahthor raises question, analyzes problem and solve problem, he introduces U company's related sales finance control policies and methods, such as difference credit policy on different customer type, risk defending and how sales finance work together with Sales team to reduce AR risk, promotion cost control etc. This can also brings great practical reference for other same type companies. (2) The author states as sales finance to discuss the questions in detail, draws a special opinion that as a expert sales finance person could not control costs only according to those deadly data, but should take a developing sight on that current period huge expenses may bring a prospect steady business growth. Based on the market trends, the article also highlights a new business module which U company establishes a Win Win module with high quality customers, which can build a great base for a healthy and steady growth of ChengDu Branch. (3) The author tries to treat the problems not only through a finance people but stands a developing insight as a manager to treat those issues and event draws out suggestion, meanwhile the author event requires sales finance take a new role to act as an internal trainer, at the time to improve self career quality also upgrade self human resource market value.Finance control is not only a theory issue, but also such a quit practical one, many questions and problems need investigation, the article only analyzes and studies ChengDu Branch's referring on sales finance control, but still many problems need further study.
