Research And Realization Of Public Logistics Terminals Location Decision-making

Since 21st century , Everything faced by enterprise has evident changes because world market becomes dynamic and complex due to traditional relatively stability. For meeting the need that the clients delivery in time and keeping lower cost , enterprise innovates original circulating channel in order to reduce circulating tache and drop stock of itself to the lowest. So modern logistics management has come into the times of providing management. It shows the importance of modern logistics management that traditional logistics within enterprise extends to logistics among enterprises and the content of logistics management has become more and more richer.Because the public logistics terminals are important nodes of providing chain, the rationalization of logistics terminal location decides the whole benefit of logistics enterprise. The best location of logistics terminal not only makes the best benefit of logistics enterprise but also makes the best benefit of others such as regional economy , society and city traffic. The decision-making of public logistics terminals location is a very complex problem. So it brings galactic loss to the economy of city because the complexity leads that a lot of public logistics terminals locations are not accurate.Firstly, this paper puts forward the aim of public logistics terminals location, the principle of public logistics terminals location and the criterion of public logistics terminals location. So this paper analyses them and definitude the factors of decision-making of public logistics terminals location to calculate the gene of decision-making from multi-view such as nature, civilization, society and economy. Then this paper divides the factors of decision-making of public logistics terminals location into two kinds of nonspatial factors and spatial factors.Secondly, this paper puts forward a synthesized evaluation model of public logistics terminals location.The model has three kinds of variables such as the measurement of nonspatial factors, the measurement of spatial factors and right value of the importance of factors of public logistics terminals location.Thirdly, this paper puts forward a method of decision-making of public logistics terminals location based on the theories such as AHP, GIS, Clustering analysis and Blur evaluation etc. This method rationally measures the information about decision-making of public logistics terminals location such as economy information, society information andspatial information. We can calculate the three kinds of variables of synthesized evaluation model of public logistics terminals location based on this method.So we get the result of decision-making of public logistics terminals location after computing on the variables complicatedly based on the synthesized evaluation model of public logistics terminals location. At last, this paper gives an experiment to show the result of decision-making of public logistics terminals location based on GIS and the method of decision-making of public logistics terminals location.
