The Influential Factor And Construction Of Factor Model Of Risk Decision-Making

Human life is full of decision-making and life is a process of perpetual decision-making, but decision-making is often risky. As a type of decision-making, risk decision-making has become a hotspot and focus of many subjects. It is also the core in the field of decision-making with most features and fruits. As a result, discusses on such theory and study on its influential factor emerge continuously, meanwhile, there has acquired some development in its model.Based on the theory and empirical research of risk decision-making, we clarified three characteristic factors influencing risk decision-making and confirmed their research variables. Concretely, the character of personal mind includes emotion, achievement motivation, risk preference and decision-making style; the character of decision-making task includes risk situation, task frame and probability level; the character of decision-making condition includes competition of the condition and the adventure attitude of the boss. Investigating with questionnaire, this research screened out typical risk decision-making events, and further regarded them as risk situation problems. Choosing in-service personnel as participants and combing experiment and questionnaire investigation, this research tried to study the relation between all kinds of character factors and risk decision-making, and probed the influence of these different factors on decision-making. Based on the result analyzed, this research would construct the risk decision-making factor model. The result of the research indicates that:(1) The result of the risk situation questionnaire investigation indicates that risk situation is universal and diversified, which exhibits different characters in work condition and ordinary life condition; and the job risk situation is more complex.(2) Task frame doesn't significantly influence risk decision-making on main effect, but the effect is evident when it plays the role of a mediate variable. Probability levels and risk situations significantly influence risk decision-making both in main effect and interactive effect.(3) Regarding personal mind character, the influence of four factors—emotion, achievement motivation, risk preference and decision-making style—on risk decision-making is both consistent and discrepant. Generally speaking, they all influence risk decision-making through their interaction with the characters of decision-making. While the main effect of risk preference on decision-making is significant, emotion doesn't significantly influence risk decision-making both on main effect or interactive effect.(4) The interaction between competition of the condition and adventure attitude of the boss significantly influences risk decision-making, but their main effects are not significant.(5) The role of factors in risk decision-making factor model on risk decision-making is different. Different factors have different effects on risk decision-making. The character of decision-making task significantly influences the risk decision-making both in its main effect and interactive effect.
