International competition is fiercer and fiercer along with China's joining into WTO. More and more Chinese companies choose the internationalization road in order to win the competition. Just because these companies grown bigger and stronger by taking part in the international competition on their own initiative, we have more and more concern about internationalization operation of Chinese companies. Basing on the case study of H's internationalization operation management, from the point of view of economics theories of internationalization operation, we try to analyze the features of internationalization operation of H, as well as some revelation to other enterprises and the problems and difficulties that H is encountering. Not only because H increased her capital 1000 times in about 10 years and H developed her technologies from imitation to following and to leading, but also because H has her own style and features and is good for reference for other companies, we choose H as our study object.In the first part of this article, we study some involved economics theories of internationalization operation as the start point, the study framework is built by the expatiation of the general issues on the internationalization operation such as "what is internationalization operation", "the motivation of internationalization operation", "the stage of internationalization operation", "the entrance style of international markets" and "internationalization operation model". In the second part, H's features of internationalization operation are summarized and abstracted according to the above-mentioned study framework. In the last part, basing on the summary of experience of H's internationalization operation, we get some revelation to other telecom enterprises and point out the problems and difficulties that H is encountering.
