To solve the urban traffic problems,Shijiazhuang City plans to build urban rail transit. It will be officially put into operation in 2017.The initial problem of Shijiazhuang rail transit is to develop a scientific and rational fare scheme.According to the comprehensive traffic survey data of Shijiazhuang in 2016,this paper puts forward the system of passenger flow forecasting method which reflects the influence of fare factors.Taking the traffic and ticket revenue as the goal, analyzed the economic and social benefits of the forecast. Finally, recommend reasonable fare scheme. This paper first summarized the important role of fare scheme in the initial operation planning of rail transit.Studied the passenger flow forecasting method of rail transit.Forecasted passenger volume under different ticket system and different fare level of Shijiazhuang Rail Transit Line 1,which mainly include:(1)The survey and analysis of the willingness to travel by rail transit, used RP,SP survey conducted the survey,to provide a basis for passenger forecast;(2)Established a screening method system, screening out the urban rail transit line potential passenger data;(3)Based on the non-aggregated method of rail traffic sharing forecast, the binary Logit model was used to analyze the data obtained from the survey.According to the forecast results, the six kinds of fare schemes under the single ticket system and the ticket system are designed, and the fare income of the fare scheme is calculated.Taking the traffic and ticket revenue as the goal, this paper analyzes the economic and social benefits of the six fare schemes and recommends a reasonable proposal to provide policy suggestions for the development of the rail transit fare scheme in Shijiazhuang.
