The Countermeasure Research On Tourism Development Of Hefei From Year 2006 To 2010

The tourism of Hefei will be confronted with a variety of opportunities as well as challenges during the period from year 2006 to 2010. How to fully utilize these opportunities and cope with the challenges will be very important. It is the most important to implement "1337" Plan which is newly made by the government to promote the tourism development of Hefei in the period mentioned above However, how to guarantee "1337" Plan implemented successfully will be difficult for the government and enterprises of Hefei.This article introduces the conception of human resource, investment, managerial system, law system related to tourism and tourism enterprises at the beginning. Whereafter , the paper reviews the development process of the tourism of Hefei from 2000 to 2005 and forecast that the development of tourism of Hefei will greatly influence the whole economic development of Hefei and Anhui province.Meanwhile , this paper also points out the reason leading to the tourism of Hefei underdeveloped is absence of a set of assurance system which can guarantee that the tourism's development healthily and rapidily.As an important part of Tourism Development Plan of Hefei during the Period from Year 2006 to 2010, this article emphasizes the analysis of "choke point " problem in the development process of the tourism of Hefei based on survey on relative government officials and tourism experts . In addition , this paper points out that there is lots of deficiency on human resource, investment, managerial system , law system related to the tourism and tourism enterprises of Hefei. And then , on the basis of the actual circumstances of Hefei , the paper puts forward a series of measures which can ensure the tourism of Hefei to develop healthily and rapidly. The counterplan mainly includes five points. Firstly, strengthen the management of tourism;Secondly, construct the investment system of tourism;Thirdly , perfect the law of tourism;Fourthly ,take measures to guarantee enough supply of human resource for tourism;Finally, promote the comprehensive competitive ability of tourism enterprise. Hope these measures can make progress on human resource, funds and system for tourism of Hefei.
