With the rapid development of China's information industry and for many years, as well as the state of the business of the constant introduction of favorable policies, the rapid growth of the number of Chinese Internet companies. It also intensified the competition within the industry, and the information, technology and economic strength are not dominant start-up of small and medium-sized Internet companies, human resources management will become the core competitiveness of the survival and development of the. Therefore, in-depth study of the problems of human resource management of small and medium-sized Internet start-up enterprises is of great theoretical significance and practical value.Based on the modern enterprise management and human resources management theory as a guide, the use of literature review, questionnaire survey method takes Z Internet Co as the object of study, first of all, from the introduction of organization members, and current situation of Z company, the Internet Co human resource management situation at present and future business market positioning. Secondly, combined with Z company's industry characteristics, corporate strategic needs in-depth research and analysis, this thesis analyzes the problems existing in the human resource management of Z company. Finally, aiming at the main problems of Z Internet Co human resources management put forward countermeasures and solutions. At the same time, according to the Z Internet Co's development stage and characteristics, puts forward the measures to ensure the effective implementation of human resources management. The purpose of this study was to establish a scientific human resource management model for Z Internet Co human resource management, to provide good support and promote the rapid development of Z Internet Co, also provides the reference for the decision-making of the company. In this paper, at the same time to improve our start-up enterprise human resources management concepts and methods to provide a useful reference.
