New Institutional Economic Analysis On Safeguard Of Peasants' Rights And Interests After Reform Of Taxation And Expense

This thesis, in accordance with related theories of new institutional economics, along with reform measures of taxation and expenses, utilizing the methods of institutional analysis, cases research, positivist analysis, etc., from viewpoints of institutional changes, property rights, trade costs, property rights of human capitals, and informal institution, makes research on matter of protection of peasants' rights and interests after reform and taxation and expense. Whereas, it comes to conclusion that the lack protection of peasants' rights and interests mainly results from a series of unreasonable institutional arrangement, and we should promote institutional changes in diverse spheres to establish a positive institutional environment for protection of peasants' rights and interests, and eventually puts forth institutional proposals for further protection of peasants' rights and interests after reform of taxation and expense.
