Research On Landless Peasants Protection Of Rights And Interests In Huiji District Of Zhengzhou City

For thousands of years, the land is always a survival basic from farmers. As the urbanization process of our country is speeding up, and a large number of rural lands on the suburb have been levied, there are more and more landless peasants, landless peasants'employment, income distribution, health care, their children's schooling, housing, pension and other issues have become increasingly prominent. If the party committees and governments at all levels and the society do not attach great importance and concern about protection of the rights of landless peasants, not only the stability of the development overall situation but also achieving strategic objectives of constructing harmonious society will be affected.Huiji District is one of representative suburban areas studying protected rights of landless peasants. Huiji District lies in the suburb of the Northern Zhengzhou, 70 percent of which is rural area, 75 per cent of the population are farmers. With the overall planning and development of "relocation eastward expansion" in Zhengzhou City, In Huiji District, more and more rural lands have been imposed, there are more and more landless peasants, and the rights of landless peasants security issues have become increasingly prominent, which will influence the whole region's social stability and economic development.
