As the development of China's socialistic market economy and the establishmentof China's modern enterprises systems, strategic management is becoming anoutstanding problem of modern enterprises operation management. And it is also aweak link in the practice. According to the practical situation, the M company'sdevelopment strategies were analyzed and researched systematically. Firstly, by usingstrategic management theories, the inside and outside environment of M wereanalyzed detailedly, developing opportunities and threats were found, as well assuperiority and inferior position, so as to establish development strategies. Secondly,through Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), quantitative analysis of the company'sopportunities and threats as well as superiority and inferior were prosecuted by usingmatrix models of Exterior Factors Estimate (EFE) and Interior Factors Estimate (IFE).Nine preparing development strategies of M were also established by SWOT Matrix.Finally, the nine proposed development strategies were evaluated by making use ofQuantitative Strategies Planning Matrix (QSPM). Enterprises are wished to realize theimportance of development strategies and to choose rational ones suitable forthemselves.
