Crisis Management Of Human Resource For Enterprise

With the occurrence of economic globalization, enterprises are facing the seriouscompetition and this trend will impact and push the enterprise to the edge of crisis. So thecrisis management is becoming the focus of the managers and researchers.But among the managers and researchers, most people pay more attention to thefinancial crisis, marketing crisis, public relation crises, etc, and the human resource crisis isless concerned. In fact, human resource is the most important element to win on the marketand it is basic to against the entire crisis. What is more, lots of crisis is caused by the relatedperson, so the crisis management of human resource should be paid more attention.We reviewed the relevant literature about the human resource management and thecrisis management, and apply the theory of crisis management on the human resourcemanagement. According to the lifecycle theory of crisis management, we point that thekeystone against the human resource crisis is seeking the reason and preventing it fromhappening. We point out the three challenge are WTO, knowledge economy and neteconomy. We also analyzed the human resource crisis confronted by the state-owedcompany. In terms of the precaution of human resource, we think the programming ofhuman resource is the mainly way against the crisis. We put forward the index, step andsystem of human resource programming. We use the qualitative and quantitative method toforecast the need and supply of human resource and prevent the crisis from arising. Basedon the theory of crisis management, we analyze some practical cases, such as employmentcrisis, performing crisis and employee running off crisis;we also put forward some ways tosolve the crisis.
