| With the entry of our country into WTO and the rapid development of import andexport trade, the number of export enterprises has greatly increased, it is necessaryto accelerate pass of ports. The traditional practice of inspecting each and every batchof export commodities has long been inadequate for the development of foreign trade.How to manage export enterprises by classification effectively has become asignificant problem in an urgent need to be solved for the inspection and quarantineagencies. Therefore, this thesis makes research focusing on this problem.On the basis of fuzzy theory and risk analysis theory, this thesis compares theactual value of the controlled volume and the set value, getting the error signal as thefuzzy volume input, and then according to the fuzzy control rule, getting the fuzzycontrol volume which is converted into precise volume,thus the fuzzy control on thecontrolled object is realized through the control of executive agencies on thecontrolled object, then determining the frequencies of supervision and managementover the enterprises and those of selected products inspection. The class of an exportproduction enterprise is determined by an integrated evaluation of its qualitymanagement system and its process control of production, and the inspection methodof the export products is determined by an integrated assessment of its product qualityand risk analysis. On the ground of these, this thesis studies the basic approach to anoverall electronic supervision and management over the process of an enterprise'sproduction, processing and storage, the test of laboratories, and product qualitycontrol.In the end, this thesis makes an empirical study by adapting the above method toKonka Group, proving the validity of this research.
