Research On Project Risk Management Of Tv Shopping System Abutting Joint The Electronic Market

As the internet software projects are increasingly more important nowadays,the software risk management has gradually become an integral part of the software development projects.By the qualitative and quantitative analysis of risk that software project risk management provides,it formulates credible software development results,which provide risk decision data and theoretical guidance for the software development companies,and thus the software project risk management has become the basis for management teams of a company to make decisions on the software developments.This paper firstly reviews the domestic and foreign research achievements of software project risk management,and then it introduces the index system of software project risk management and risk identification,combined with the background of QVC Company facing entering into the internet,to analyze the existing risks of TV shopping ERP system accessing to the electronic Shopping Mall system,and to bring forward risk management procedures.Taking the outsourcing of the global shopping new media project development for example,the project risk factors are analyzed by brainstorming method and later using Expert questionnaire to confirm the risk factors to calculate the weight and intensity of the risk factors of each grade.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to respectively calculate the risks of 3 action scenarios of the global shopping new media project to form the risk management decisions.Risk management provides managers with risk response and risk control strategy from the beginning of the project,and continues to follow up in the performing phase of the project in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project and the final success.The aim of this paper is to analyze the project implementation and risk management process of the 3 action scenarios from two aspects-technology and management,by taking a company's ERP system accessing to the electronic shopping mall system as an example.First,from a technical point of view it brings forward the best technology solutions for the company,focusing on the core of implementing the project: how to access to the electronic shopping mall system from the existing TV shopping system without destroying the original ecological environment of TV shopping system.Enterprises are facing with all kinds of risks including software outsourcing,software procurement and independent R & D programs;thus this paper puts forward a complete risk management system,which is suitable for the current software project features.This system analyzes and evaluates risks in the risk management process,using brainstorming method to collect each risk factors of the software project,and then using Expert questionnaire and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,to adopt corresponding measures to avoid risks.The system takes into account the actual situation of the company and the features of the software projects to ensure that the best action scenario is adopted in order to perform smoothly to achieve the final success;it also has very good reference and practical application value for the risk management of the company's other projects.
