Study On Outsourcing Project Risk Management Under The 3rd Part Supervision

There are some limitations in solving the problem of complex project with traditional theory of software project risk management and control.With the development of information technology,Software outsourcing industry grows rapidly with the virtues of the non-logistics,low consumption,low pollution,human capital intensive,and not limited by time and space.However,a series of related issues appear such as project complexity,contractor and employer communication inconvenience,project cannot be effectively managed due to geographical problems.So,this requires involvement of third-party supervision mechanism,implementing comprehensive monitoring of the project to reduce risk and ensure project quality standards.Supervision mode appeared in the field of engineering first,now the field of engineering is relatively mature,but software outsourcing project management model is still in a stage of exploration.This paper systematically analyzes the domestic and international supervision theory and practice of research,builds a framework of third party surveillance model of analysis and decision method of project risk management.From the point of software project supervision,combineing with software outsourcing project management features and the actual business process explores of risk identification,risk assessment,risk management and response based on the theory of the project life cycle systematicly.Based on the above theories,this paper uses Matlab to simulate the influence of the interaction between various indicators of risk impact and time.Results shows that impact of risk on software outsourcing project is not set in stone,but changes with the impact of risk factors and converge with the development of projects in the final.The discovery is of great significance to supervision mechnism of software outsourcing project risk management,it could make the evaluating risks more effectively,and implement corresponding risk management plan according to the results of the evaluation.The purpose of this paper is to comb the risk management theory of third party surveillance uniform,constructs model of operational risk control supervision in software outsourcing projects,strengthens the guidance role of management work of software outsourcing project risk,and promote the development of our country's software outsourcing industry.
