The Research Of Design And Implementation Of Concurrent Production Based On PLM

At the times of information, design in sevies as the traditional way can't satisfy thedemand of enterprise's rapid development. This dissertation introduces the theory ofconcurrent engineering into new production' design;applies PLM technology on baseof computer and implements management by means of concurrent design . Concurrent engineering is a kind of systematizing work mode, which makesconcurrent and conjoint design to product and its related courses. This dissertationintroduces the produce, definition and method of concurrent engineering, optimizesthe work flow by theory of concurrent engineering, and rearranges the item'sorganization. PDM ( Product Data Management ) is a new idea and technology ofmanagement.PDM can be defined that it's based on software technology and coredwith product which can fulfill integration management to the data that associate toproduct include data , process and resources. PDM with the supporting of informationtechnology is the effective method in fulfilling enterprise optimizing management. It'sthe outcome of combination of scientific management framework and enterpriseproblem. The artile expatiates the concept and system framework of PDM andfounding on PDM's PLM(product Life-cycle management). The artile discusses therelation of concurrent engineering and PDM, puts forward TIPLM'function structureto support the concurrent design, provides integrative frame and studies enterprise'sdemand and model customization to realize concurrent engineering under thecircumstances of TIPLM.Futher more,the article gives an example.In it, the course of designing newproduction is decomposed by method of item decomposing, new team is organized forthe item, the model of new production's structure tree is constructed, and the flow ofjob and communication is confirmed.Finally, the research fruit is applied to managethe development of new production.
