At present, besides factor of system and organization, another important factor considered by the writer for success of political awareness & integrity and anti-corruption in state-owned enterprises, is the whole quality of disciplinary inspection staff engaged in the career. How to improve whole quality of disciplinary inspection staff in state-owned enterprises? Besides education and training of political theory, cultural knowledge, scientific technology and working capacity, there is another important measure considered by the writer, to reinforce developing of capacity of disciplinary inspection cadres. Increase the working capacity and working quality, promote deep development of political awareness & integrity and anti-corruption in state-owned enterprises. In this way, outstanding achievement will be gained and strong political guarantee will be provided for innovation, development and stabilization of state-owned enterprises.At first, achievement of political awareness & integrity responsibility system in recent 5 years of J Company is analyzed in this paper. It shows that, developing capacity of disciplinary inspection staff is necessary. Then, it is concluded that, as a political cadre while a management person of the enterprise, the management capacity, especially organization & cooperation capacity, public communication capacity and innovation capacity, shall be developed. Meanwhile, according to relevant developing theory and training method, capacity developing system for disciplinary inspection staff shall be designed together with public communication capacity training proposal.The following is the structure of the paper .Part I Introduction Background, domestic and foreign status, purpose and purport of capacity developing for disciplinary inspection staff.Part II Theory and practice of capacity developing .Part III Current status and problem analysis of disciplinary inspection work & team of J company.Part IV Design of capacity developing system and training proposal.Party V Statement of status and evaluation conclusion of implementation of public communication capacity training proposal.
