In the modern enterprise, performance appraisal has always been the focus of the enterprise management. It played a positive role in arousing the enthusiasm and guiding the development of the staff. At the present time, most of the domestic enterprise had introduced advanced performance appraisal method like BSC and KPI. But there is no literature reported if it had been used in inspection and detection technology service enterprise. This paper analyzed the work characteristics of the inspection technology service enterprise and the operation characteristics of the SLI in detail. It also analyzed the features of staff, the organizational structure, working process and the development influencing factors of SLI, and expounded the existing widely used performance appraisal method and characteristics. After analysis, it determined the KPI method as the basis of the SLI staff performance appraisal.This paper designed the performance appraisal scheme of SLI according to the analysis above, and discussed the relationship between the appraisal results and the application of the result such as the employee compensation, promoting to a higher office and job transfer. We also designed regular assessment and correction procedure in order to make the performance appraisal method work sustained and effective. This work has made a useful exploration and attempts in using KPI performance appraisal method in inspection and detection technology service enterprise. |
