Achievements inspection is essential for the development ofenterprises, however, state-owned enterprises accounted for a dominantposition in China's national economy is still at a relatively low level forthe performance stage. Goes on the market company as beyond theborder, China mobil, for the adaption to the international capital marketneed, gradually establishesands and perfects the interior achievementsmanagement system of examining and assessment. In this hand, itwalks in the overwhelming majority state-owned enterprise's front row.This article deliberated the domestic and foreign developmentcondition on achievements inspection and, in contrast with themanagerical experience of overseas well-known communicationenterprise, carried on the analyses specifically about the presentsituation for achievements inspection aiming at the Hengyang mobilcompany, then, pointed out its rationality and the insufficiency.Futhermore, the writer carried on the deep level analysis on reasons.Through to the deep analysis about these questions, utilizing the MBAcorrelation theory to optmize the inspection system of technology staffsachievements in Hengyang mobil company, the writer elaborated how toestablish the feedback for the inspection result and the movementmechanism as well as the implementation plan safeguarding mechanism.Finally, I tested the optimization plan in this company's technologydepartment to practise the result of optimization achievement, thusproposed the multi-dimensions inspection system that we whould cobine the method of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and the methodof assignment inspected (GS), and cobine the short-term goal and thelong-term prospect. Then the author refines the theory that theachievements culture will be regarded as the most influencial factor forsafeguarding the high achievements inspection and even theachievements management system.
