As China attend the World Trade Organization, China economy and Chinese companies has a good chance to develop, at the same time it means more competitions, how to face the competition, and how can we win the competition with the big foreign companies, these are big problems to us, especially in the high technology trade. ZTE should enhance the corporate -culture construction to gain the competition advantages. In this thesis, from analyzing and researching the company culture of ZTE, from researching it's history of development ,leading style and management mode, we can summarize it's corporate -culture and the relationship of the efficiency of management. And this thesis also try to analyze the advantage and disadvantage of ZTE corporate -culture construction. This thesis has three parts. The first chapter summarizes the corporate -culture theory,Chinese corporate -culture and it's effect to ZTE. The second chapter introduce the ZTE corporate -culture construction, and the main idea of ZTE corporate -culture. In the last chapter the author describes the problem about ZTE corporate -culture. Some advices are given to operation for ZTE corporate culture.
