| The strategic alliance is a kind of company cooperation method, strategic alliance over 100,000 in the world, the number of alliances increase. But the ratio of the alliance disintegration has been maintained in the higher level. Most studies indicate that the instability rate is somewhere between 30% and 50%.this paper study the stability of the commercial bank strategic alliances, then put forward a kind of dynamic state mechanism to study the commercial bank stability of the strategic alliance.This paper is divided into five parts:Chapter 1, made to the domestic and international related research analysis and define the related concept, put forward this paper structure and technique routes; Chapter 2 carries on the definition and classifications to the strategic alliance of commercial bank, explaining the reason that it form, then explain the stability of strategic alliance, chapter 3 analysis the shortage of the existing theories combined the stability to the strategic alliance, and is divided into two kinds of circumstance discussions; chapter 4 put forward a mechanism to enhance the stability of the strategic alliance, design a frame work; chapter 5 analysis the stability of Strategic alliance of Chinese and Foreign commercial bank, the last part is conclusion.The innovation of this paper: The first, analyzed the commercial bank stability of the strategic alliance with the dynamic state method; he second, put forward three kinds of mechanisms of the strategic alliance stability of the exaltation commercial bank.
