At present,the global economy is slowing down and the competition pattern has changed dramatically.Focusing on the competition for resources in the region is no longer suitable for the new situation of economic globalization.As an important logistics node in the shipping industry,container hub needs to change its competitive thinking and deepen cooperation with upstream and downstream supply chains and competitive ports.What kind of competitive and cooperative way can we get more benefits?How to ensure the stability of cooperation?The new competition pattern needs port enterprises to re-examine the above issues.Taking port enterprises as the research object and using game theory as the main research method,this thesis analyses the selection and stability of the strategy of port horizontal and Vertical Cooperative alliance.The main innovations and conclusions are as follows:(1)This thesis analyzes the influence of different market status and alliance behavior of competitive port on Port Vertical Alliance decision-making.This thesis analyzes the influence of dominance on vertical alliance decision-making of container ports by using non-cooperative Game Theory.The Stackelberg model of port enterprise,Stackelberg model of shipping enterprise,Vertical Nash Model and port-shipping Alliance model are established respectively.The results show that the alliance cooperation can get more profits and improve the welfare level of shippers,when the market position of Port Enterprises and shipping enterprises is not equal,and alliance can reduce the level of their respective efforts and the shipper’s level of payment when the market power of port enterprises and shipping enterprises is equal.When considering the vertical alliance behavior of competitive ports,the centralized MCC model,the decentralized MDD model and the mixed structure MH model are constructed.Ports should actively establish cooperative relationship with shipping enterprise in each circumstances.(2)Decision-making analysis of container’ horizontal cooperative alliance Based on different cooperation modes.The new economic,trade and technological developments force ports to change their competitive thinking and deepen their cooperation with other ports within the port group in order to promote the competitiveness of the port group.This thesis analyzes the influence of alliance strategy on port revenue and freight volume under two competitive environments.Horizontal alliances between container ports that do not compete internationally will result in higher service pricing and lower volume levels;Horizontal alliances among internationally competitive container ports will lead to lower service pricing and higher volumes.(3)The stability of horizontal-vertical Alliance strategy of container port is analyzed.The purpose of alliance is to get more profit than the decentralized decision-making,but the increase of the whole profit does not mean the increase of the individual profit.The paper analyzes the stability of the strategy of horizontal and vertical cooperation of ports by using the evolutionary game model of vertical and horizontal cooperation of ports,which is constructed by using the Evolutionary game theory.The results show that both port enterprises and shipping enterprises tend to adopt competitive strategies regardless of whether their market power is equal or not,and for the Horizontal Alliance Between Ports,no matter what competitive environment the ports are in,cooperation is not an evolutional stable strategy of alliance system.(4)Designing the stable governance mechanism of port competition and cooperation alliance.In view of the instability of the competition strategy of the horizontal and vertical port alliance,the profit distribution mechanism and punishment mechanism of the horizontal and vertical port competition alliance are designed by using the methods of cooperation game,evolution game and fuzzy mathematics.Based on the principal-agent theory,a cooperative contract is designed for the "alliance-member" alliance with relational investment behavior.There are 4 graphs,14 tables and 144 references.
