Global economic integration is a "double-edged sword", on the one hand, brings a wealth of resources, on the other hand, it also makes the competition more incentive. In the survival of the fittest, the market has become more brutal. Because of the backward technology, strategic thinking and other aspects, the traditional enterprise, which is more difficult to win in the face of the challenges of enterprises around the world. Since twenty-first Century, the rapid growth of strategic alliances between enterprises, the number has increased exponentially. At the same time, strategic alliance in the fierce market competition make the competition between enterprises has occurred fundamental changes, from quantitative change to qualitative change.However, many enterprises in our country in the implementation of strategic alliances not only suffered a huge risk, but also paid a high price. Research analysis shows that more than half of the implementation of the strategic alliance is a failure. The stable rate of the alliance is 30%--50%, so the stability of the strategic alliance has become the core issue. Therefore, how to improve the stability of alliance, to build a good strategic alliance correctly and to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, using good communication pattern to integrate the inside and outside the enterprise resources, deal with highly complex domestic and international competition in the market, become an important issue to be addressed at present and future.Based on the above ideas, the full text can be divided into the following parts:The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance, ideas and framework, innovation and insufficient, and domestic and foreign literature.The second part includes the second chapter, the third chapter and the fourth chapter. The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of the stability of the strategic alliance in china, including the strategic path dependence, the low strategic alliance management efficiency, the unbalanced strategic alliance income, the inappropriate adjustment of the strategic alliance and so on.The third part is the fifth chapter, the discussion on the stability of the foreign development strategic alliance-Taking Toyota Corporation as an example.The fourth part is the sixth chapter, the paper puts forward the measures to improve the stability of the strategic alliance of Chinese enterprises.
