Put forward the system framework and implementing schemeof ERP system, as well as the goal of ERP management information system, and the crucial technique of implementing ERP, etc. Establish model with Petri net for ERP systematic resource and analyze the major problems in the course of modeling in depth. The paper fully uses the function of global adjustment and control to uncontrolled factors of Petri net, carries through the modeling analyses before ERP enforcement with two-dimensional modeling build technique, Petri net, and solves the resource conflict resulted from concurrent event of system in the course of modeling with optimization model of Petri net, in order to make system runs efficiently and orderly. At the same time, This paper takes the production management subsystem in ERP as example, introduces the modeling technology of Petri net in detail, not only can carry out macro-control for system but also can feed back each details in these production courses microcosmically.Finally, this paper establishes ERP inspection and management system and designs the appraisement index system of ERP enforcement effect. Include mainly the role andtask of ERP inspection and management system, and synthetically appraises the ERP system enforcement by using fuzzy mathematics and the method of calculating relatively approach degree.
