China's railway construction industry has been in a period of rapid development. The procurement and supply of railway engineering materials is an important part of railway engineering construction projects. However,by investigating the status quo of informationization in the current procurement and supply of railway engineering materials,it is found that the supply chain process shows some problems,so it is necessary to optimize the supply chain process of railway engineering materials. At present,in the procurement and supply of railway engineering materials in China, the number of manual operations and the cumbersome business processes make it impossible to achieve effective information sharing and communication between supply chain node enterprises.Although supply chain node enterprises use information systems,in the information system, the approval flow and the business flow cannot be effectively linked, and the degree of collaborative collaboration between enterprises is low. Moreover, due to the turbulent changes in the market environment, customer needs are gradually shifting towards diversification and individualization. These issues challenge the efficiency of supply chain processes. This article is based on supply chain collaboration theory, business process management theory, combined with practical issues, analysis of existing issues and collaborative needs of the existing process of railway engineering materials supply chain.Based on the collaborative point model, the supply chain process collaborative framework was constructed and the supply chain process was improved. The purpose is to solve the challenges encountered in the enterprise information planning process from the point of view of supply chain process optimization and improve the operational efficiency of the railway engineering supply chain. Then, based on Petri net technology, the supply chain process is modeled, and the rationality of the established model is verified. Finally,ExSpect software is used to simulate the supply chain process model. The simulation results prove the efficiency of the improved supply chain process. The main research work of the dissertation is as follows:(1)A supply chain process collaboration framework was constructed.Through on-site investigation and analysis of the existing problems in the existing processes and the need for collaborative management of supply chain processes, based on the supply chain's network chain structure, based on the collaborative point model, the supply chain process collaboration framework was constructed.(2)Supply Chain Process Improvement Based on Synergetic Point Theory.According to the collaborative structure of the supply chain process, through the analysis of the actual supply chain process, the process of the supply chain of the railway engineering materials was improved, the public processes and the synergies in the supply chain processes were identified, and their advantages were analyzed.(3)Model the supply chain process based on Petri net technology. The Petri net technology is used to model the existing supply chain process model and the improved supply chain process model, and the rationality is verified. The verification results show that the process model before and after improvement is safe, stable, bounded and accessible aspects meet the requirements.(4)Simulation analysis of Petri net model based on ExSpect simulation tool. The simulation parameters are set as the process cycle time, and the supply chain process model is simulated and analyzed. The results of multiple simulations before and after the analysis are improved, and the efficiency of the improved supply chain process is proved.
