In response to the fierce competition of macro environment,the quality chain management has become the development trend of modern enterprise quality management and academic research hotspots.In recent years,dairy products in people's diet structure promote and quality security incident happen frequently,which put forward higher requirements for dairy products quality and safety control.Fuzzy Petri net modeling analysis technology has become an important technology which is widely used in the field of fault diagnosis.It also has a broad application space in the diagnosis of quality chain of reasoning and conflict.Therefore,this article establishes an intuitionistic Fuzzy Petri Net(IFPN)model for dairy products quality chain,and advances the analysis of reasoning and control of dairy products' quality and safety.Firstly,the theory about dairy quality chain and IFPN model is introduced.Based on the definition of IFPN's elements and the characteristics of dairy products quality chain,a formal definition and modeling method of dairy quality chain modeling based on intuitionistic fuzzy Petri nets is proposed in this paper.According to the conditions and characteristics of the key chain nodes in the quality chain,19 key chain nodes which influence the final quality of the product are selected from the chain nodes of the dairy quality chain through the TOPSIS model.Then,according to the IFPN modeling rules of dairy quality chain,the key chain nodes selected is represented by place,and the fuzzy reasoning relationship is represented by transition,setting the fuzzy reasoning rules in the quality chain and their respective confidence degrees,to construct the dairy quality chain model.And then the intuitionistic fuzzy reasoning algorithm is used for forward reasoning to predict the quality conflict in the dairy quality chain,which can prevent the occurrence of conflict.Reverse reasoning on the dairy quality chain is used for conflict diagnosis to detect conflict reasons timely.Lastly,control measures on quality control for a certain level is discussed,which starts reasoning calculation respectively from the control of input procurement quality,the control of quality market supervision quality etc.Finally,the parameters such as the weight of the arc,the reliability of the transition,and the threshold of the dairy quality chain fuzzy intuitionistic fuzzy Petri net model are over-reliance on the experience judgment and lack of applicability in the case of incomplete information.The model parameters are optimized by genetic algorithm,which will be more accurate and helpful to the prediction and diagnosis of dairy quality chain conflict.The example of intuitionistic fuzzy Petri net model for quality and safety control of dairy products in this paper provides a new idea for food quality safety control from the view of quality chain management.
