Study On Supply Chain Integration Problem Based On Petri Net

With the fast development of global economy, continuous advancement of information technology as well as rapidly changing of customer requirement, there has been a great change in market competition. The original competition which is among enterprises such as reduce costs and expand sales and improve service and so on, is changed to the competition among supply chains. The traditional way of supply chain management is difficult to meet market competition environment. More and more enterprises promote market competitive by implementing supply chain integration. Based on this background, this paper applies Petri net theory to the analysis of supply chain integration issue, which provides a theoretical basis for decision-making of supply chain integration and is of guidance to realize the enterprises integration objective.The first part of this paper is mainly to illuminate the significance of this topic, current research situation, research content and framework, in which research situation is reviewed from three aspects, including supply chain integration, the applications of Petri net in supply chain field and supply chain efficacy. The second part summarizes the main content, step, aim and strategy of supply chain integration, points out the main content of integration: supply chain information sharing, member collaboration and creation of coordination profit mechanism, introduces two widely used integration strategy: vendor managed inventory and postponed production. The third part chooses the efficacy indicator combined supply chain operations reference-model, applies Petri net to model supply chain and analyzes integration efficacy, then analyzed one actual case about one large domestic automobile parts manufacturer. The forth part is the research summary and prospect of this paper, summarizes the research conclusion and prospect the forward study direction in supply chain field.The theme of this paper is to systematically research supply chain integration model and efficacy analysis based on the theory and method of Petri net. On the basis of detailed introduction of modeling step with Petri net method, using generalized stochastic Petri net as a tool to model supply chain integration, then analyzing the integration efficacy by utilizing the equivalence relation between generalized stochastic Petri net and Markov chain, focus on time-based performance which is the most important in integration efficacy. The analytic result can be used as reference for the implement of supply chain integration. Finally, this paper indicates the effectiveness and practicality of the method by analyzing one actual case.The innovative value of this paper are as follows: research the method of the prior management in supply chain management stated on the significance of supply chain integration, that is, collecting all the information, then modeling and analysis before the implementation of supply chain integration but not after the implementation; Petri net theory is applied to the study of supply chain integration modeling and efficacy analysis.
