Through the unified procurement and distribution, chain operation can achieve scale economy, improve the efficiency of commodity circulation and reduce the operation costs. Nowadays, chain operation is becoming the most fast -developing and promising operation model. The unified procurement and distribution requires a strong distribution system as a support. However, the distribution system in our country is confronted with numerous problems, such as undeveloped infrastructure construction, obsolete management philosophy, non-standard business processes, low efficiency and high cost, which greatly restrict the development of chain enterprises. How to effectively manage the distribution business processes, improve the operating efficiency and reduce the cost are the issues that need urgent solution. This paper firstly summaried and analyzed the status of research on logistics distribution both at home and abroad. We took the chain enterprises distribution process as the investigation subject, and analyzed its characteristics and procedures in depth. Through analysis and comparison several mainstream modeling methods, we selected Petri nets as the modeling tool in this paper, and provided a brief introduction on the basic theory of Petri nets. Then, considering the characteristics of chain enterprises distribution process and the actual modeling need, this paper put forward an object-oriented price time Petri nets modeling method. This method integrated object-oriented modeling technology, and reduced the the modeling complexity of Petri nets. Meanwhile, it was able to facilitatly model and analyse the time efficiency and price cost of the business process by extending the price and time factor. Finally, taking the ZhongBai logistics distribution center as an illustration, this paper established object-oriented price time Petri nets model of the center's business process, using the proposed modeling method. The correctness of the model was verified by testing the model's properties. After that, the average cycle time of the model was simulated by applying ExSpect software. Besides, the proposed minimum-cost reachability algorithm was employed to construct the minimum-cost. Such results proved that the proposed object-oriented price time Petri net was applicable to model and analyse of business process with time and price factors.
