Staff Training System Design Of TP Company GZ Branch

Enterprise staff training is an important content of human resource exploitation. Training means that the company carries out some activities designedly; this is helpful to the study and work ability development of the staff. These abilities include knowledge, skill and key action to the working performance. The purpose of training is to make the staff master the knowledge; skill and action that were emphasized of the training project as well as use them during the routine work.I joined the research and design work on staff training system at TP Company GZ Branch from January to July, 2004. I stand out the combination between staff training and study theory from the related theory on staff training angle; emphasis on the applicability of staff training system and its practical application model of insurance industry practically; at the same time, this article introduces the design on staff training system of TP Company GZ Branch in detail, trying to discuss the principle, the way and more practical & operable method by this article.There are also many problems on staff training system. For instance, it is not contacted well with the strategic development of the enterprises; some differences between the demand of the company and the need of the staff are in existence; warp of thinking much of skill with making light of knowledge comes forth during the process of carry-on, and so forth. As a result of the limitation of my own ability and level, I cannot improve this work so well. In the future, I will pay attention to the implementary situation of staff training system of this company continuously so that I can sum up experience, find deficiency, improve my theory level and practical experience constantly.There're six part of this article: the first part, expatiates on the background and motivation of the research and design on staff training system in TP Company GZ Branch; the second part, introduces modern training theory and method systematically; the third part, makes a research and analysis on staff training actuality of TP Company GZ Branch; the fourth part, makes a design on staff training system of TP Company GZ Branch; the fifth part, makes the training system into practice in TP Company GZ Branch; the last part, makes an evaluation and sum-up on staff training system of TP Company GZ Branch.
