With the pace of our country's modernization becoming faster and faster, the construction of urban track traffic is welcoming a booming period. And urban track traffic has generally become one major means of transportation used by citizens when going out. It is also fit for the features of high population density and high demand for traffic peak. In the mean time, people come up with higher requirements and aims on the running and administration of urban track traffic. Nevertheless, the integrated supervision control system (ISCS) running in domestic are almost all independent management of each subsystem. So there are isolated information problems remaining between them, or just some systems are integrated simply, for instance, the combination of the building automation system and the power supervisory control and data acquisition, while other systems still use the rule of being isolated.As an important mean in guaranteeing the organization and security of railway running, the close-circuit television system (CCTV) can be used by operated control center conductors and station attendant to supervise the train running, situation of passenger flow, transformer station and situation of facility operation. However, the domestic close-circuit television system is using isolated setting and administration, thus maintaining difficulties in resource sharing, especially when in catastrophes, each subsystem can't interact with others and central operators or station conductors can't get the footages of catastrophes on the spot.Therefore, as to the problems mentioned above, this project, backgrounded by the integrated supervision control system of the Shenzhen Metro Line No.3, is about the design and realization of metro close-circuit television system based on Web Services and ActiveX.Firstly, according to the demand of metro operation and management, an overall system hardware architecture and software architecture is designed.Secondly, with the analysed Web Services and ActiveX technology, we have designed and realized the data processing in the close-circuit television system, including database access model, Web Services access model, vedio processing model, communication module between ActiveX controls and Citect software, equipment alarm processing module and linkage processing model. We have resolved the platform otherness between the integrated supervision control system and the close-circuit television system. And we have also accomplished on-time show of camera figures on human machine interface in integrated supervision control system.Thirdly, we have designed human machine interface between close-circuit television system and the database using the ergonomics principle.Finally, taking a station as an example, we had set up a system test platform and conducted a validation test on the performance of the system to ensure the system stability and reliability.
