The Research Of Industrial Information Supervisor System With Feature Of Opening Based On B/s Architecture

Industrial information supervisor system is a integrated automation system based on the techniques of Industrial supervisor system and information system, it need possess feature of good opening, so, this paper proposed the idea that builds Industrial information supervisor system with feature of opening based on B/S architecture. Three hard points that are met in developing system including data exchange between different structure system, dynamic data deployment and remote control are studied deeply. The paper studied the new OPC technique and discussed usual data exchange technique such as NetDDE, ODBC. We proposed several methods to implement real-time data deployment and remote control on Jntranet by using ActiveX technique, ASP technique, ADO technique, DCOM technique, WinSock and Citect CTAPJ. Finally, the paper discussed a method that is high efficiency, shortcut and practical to implement industry monitor system based on B/S architecture. The method is based on Citect IDC technique and ActiveX/ADO technique and is validated in reconstructing project of Yuxi cigarette factory energy monitor and management system based on B/S architecture. The paper introduced some developing work acted by the author in technology center workstation.
