Research Of Bridge Safety Warning System Based On CCTV

In recent years, along with the increasing of the computer processing power and storage capacity, and improvement of image processing, and network transmission technology's rapidly development, CCTV(Closed Circuit Television) video monitor has been widely applied in the vehicle security, traffic safety management, site broadcast aspects and so on, and also played an extremely important role.With the continuous development of transportation, ship traffic is continuously increasing, and the occurring of the bridge collapse made by the ship is increasing. In recent years, in order to reduce loss of accident, the research of bridge safety protective facilities get more and more people's attention. This article proposed a bridge safety warning system based on the CCTV. and the simulation experiment proved its feasibility.CCTV target localization technology is the key technology of the bridge security warning system. This paper adopts binocular triangle positioning principle, the two cameras are installed on the two piers, according the binocular triangle positioning theory to determine a goal's position. Main task is extracting the ship targets from the image data through the digital image analysis, and calculating the position of the target by positioning principle, determine whether it is in the warning area, if it is in the area, the system will alarm.In order to be able to make bridge safety warning system into practical applications, this paper make a simple simulation experiment, design a kind of bridge safety warning system based on the simple background, the system uses modular structure, mainly divides into the following modules:image acquisition and processing module, PTZ controlling module, positioning module, warning module and terminal display module. Every module works independently, data sharing, and can realize linkage controlling.
