Songjianghe Power Plant was built in August 1, 1993, which is located in the southeast foot of the Changbai Mount in Jilin Province, and its total installed capacity has reached 1.01 million KW. This plant occupies an important position in the field of hydroelectric power in Jilin Province. As a large-scale hydroelectric power plant, the Songjianghe needs to deal with a large number of business processing and data analysis task, for the different departments of the power plant must carry out effectively communications and transformation of information in time, otherwise the safety of the plant can not be guaranteed, and this would probably affect the efficiency and long-term development of the power plant. So Songjianghe Power Plant decides to make the management information system more perfective, to improve the work efficiency and increase economic efficiency in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise.The Management Information System for Songjianghe Power Plant is a modern management information system, which is developed after making comprehensive research and study of the current management model, business activities and production. This system can assure staffs grasping the situation of production and operation, provide services of decision analysis for leaders at all levels. And all of the steps mentioned above will make the standard of the management of enterprise to a new level.The Management Information System includes 10 subsystems: the device management subsystem,aintenance management subsystem,defecting management subsystem,operation and management subsystem,management subsystem for regular inspection,material management subsystem,program management subsystem,security monitoring subsystem,real-time data processing subsystem,comprehensive analysis subsystem. For this system, the operation and monitoring of electricity production is its core, the equipment maintenance and repair of the enterprise's production is its main work. This system accomplishes to manage the production of enterprises, security and equipment, and provide the data support for the plant leaders to make the enterprise data analysis and decision.In the development process of this information system, the software engineering method is used to manage the project initiation, scheduling, resource planning, needs analysis, development, quality assurance and other aspects so as to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Service-oriented (SOA) approach is used for system modeling, object-oriented (OO) ideas is for system analysis and design, and design patterns is used to meet the changing needs of isolation in the development process. The system uses Net2008 as a development tool, C # as development language, SQLServer2008 as the database.The management information system can be divided into many parts. They include the system requirements analysis process, the system analysis and design process, the system database design process, system coding and construction process and system testing process. In this paper, the technique and method which are used in different processes are described.System requirements analysis process The main work of Songjianghe power plant management information system is to complete the acquisition of requirement, domain modeling, and the nonfunctional requirements modeling, and so on. In software requirement analysis, we describe the function and the efficiency of the software in detail with the perspective of the users, to get the limitation and the environment in the development of software.The requirements analysis of system is based on "the business requirements" for the understanding of the essence and collecting users'needs.System analysis and design process In the analysis and design progress of the Songjianghe power plant system, we execute the conceptual model, the group diagram, the sequence diagram of the system, and so on. These models are equivalent to the blue print of the system, which are the necessities of the development of the scale software.System data base design process The normalization and anti-normalization principles in system data base design progress are applied to complete the analysis and design of management information system of Songjianghe power plant. We design the data base with the following four steps: the first is to map from the group diagram of conceptual model to the data model; the second is to design the logical structure, the thirdly is to design the physical composition; the last is to design the check data base. The optimal design of database performance and the analysis to the commonly used method of the performance optimization are finished at the same time.System coding and construction process This systemic coding construction process overviews the techniques and skills used in Songjianghe power station management. The system uses C# language under .net framework as develop language, uses SOA structure mode construct our system to achieve multiplexing effect, at last completing systemic coding and constructing. In this essay, we use defect line reminding, material management system warehousing sheet, materrial exwarehouse statistics, warehousing inputing and outputing summary analysis as examples to illustrate the process of systemic coding and construction. System testing process This process is to describe the testing process of Songjianghe Power Station and use fault metastatic test procedure to explain how the system work. The main job of text procedure is to write test cases, develop test procedures, finish the implementation of the test and record the test results.For the Management Information System of Songjianghe Power Plant, I am incharge of management and development of this system, Songjianghe Power Plant and have brought favourable economic returns and social benefits to the enterprise.
