Because of work relationships, people often do some jobs like document binding, modification and preservation after investigations of the labor conditions in the subordinate street, community of developing zone, which is not only a very tedious job but also greatly increases the workload. Moreover, the documents occupy large space and are quite easy to damage or loss in preservation. It is inconvenient to find when people want to modify the contents. That is why I start to develop an office system which has some characteristics, such as convenient management, clear arrangement , perfect content, easy preservation and quick statistics.From the early stage of the design, I made a fully preparation on system design, database selection, module application etc, and completed the system successfully under the guidance and help of professor Wang Shengsheng. And after many tests, it has been officially applied in daily work. So far, the information system runs well and goes well with the job requirement. In the production of the information management system, through reading large materials and literature, visiting community staffs, and according to the current work in developing zone, I decided to adopt ASP to exploit development "Labor Resources Information System of Auto Industry Developing Zone", and through the network to realize labor resources information management and statistics of the developing zone, so that achieve the requirement of "paperless" office.Automobile industry developing zone of labor resources information system enter into the database through the Internet to manage labor information between the ages of 18 and 60 of developing zone. In addition to the basic information , such as name, age, gender, pin-codes, home address, family etc in the labor information table, it also includes the identity, education level, body condition, current status (it means employment, unemployment, students etc.), insurance state, technique rank, attending training situation, intention to attend training, unemployment reason, mainly family economic sources and family income and so on, and summarizes the required information detailed and meticulous of the department of labor safeguard branch and employment department.Labor Resources Information Management System includes three levels to enter into, developing district, streets, and community level, and after entering into the function is different of each class. Developing district checks and statistics the existing labor resources situation, the employment, unemployment, insurance state, attending training situation, unemployed people and farmers without land; etc. Street level checks the existing labor resources situation, the employment, unemployment, insurance state, attending training situation, unemployed people and farmers without land; etc. Of the 5 communities of the street. Community level inputs and maintains the basic information of labor of the , and checks the community related information of the community.Developing district is comprehensive management class, which manage street level and the community level. The management functions include the maintenance to streets and community; system administrators and ID password management of common user which include add, modify and delete functions; looking over all the labor information of the area; statistics the labor resources situation of the whole area; calculating the employment and unemployment rate; attending training and the intention training; ginseng state etc.Street level also is a management class, which manages the community level under the streets, while the street level only can examine the communities information in the streets. The management functions include the maintenance to community ; ID password management of common user which includes add, modify and delete functions; looking over all the labor information of the streets; statistics the labor resources situation of the streets; calculating the employment and unemployment rate; attending training and the attendance training situation ; ginseng state etc. In order to ensure the confidentiality of the information of people in the area, each street only provides a system administrator ID which can check personnel information, while the ordinary users haven't the permission.Community (village) level is basic information maintenance level, which mainly inputs and safeguard information, and can amend and delete information. It also have simple management function, which includes calculating the employment and unemployment rate of the community(village); attending training and the attendance training situation, ginseng state etc. In order to ensure the confidentiality of the information of people in the area, each community (village) only provides ordinary users ID.Here are several features of Labor Resources Information System.1.Employment and unemployment rate are accurate at figures. Ordinary users of community level modify the labor resource information, and at the same time, the system will record the current state, and when the staff labor is unemployed, or be employed, or community staff will modify in time, the system will also record, and counts the number of unemployment and employment, then automatic fingerprint formula and calculates the unemployment and employment rate. Doing this can get accurate related data for checking.2. Function of fuzzy query is powerful.Fuzzy query function can compose and check the demand information according to any chosen information, which strengthens the demand to diversity of information, and improves the working efficiency. This function is used in three levels, but the range for checking of each level is different. The developing district can check all the information of the subordinate streets, community of this developing area; street level can check all the information of the subordinate community of this street; community level can check all the information of this community .3. Statistics function is perfect.The relevant data statistics should be quoted to the superior departments monthly, quarterly and annually. Before people searched, calculated, collected and quoted, and reported from the community to upper one level by one level, which is trouble, strenuous work-consuming and not accurate. In the automobile area labor resources information system, the statistics function, which includes statistics and inquiry of the total number of labor, statistics and inquiry of the number of the unemployment, statistics of the new employment and unemployment, the number of attending training, etc, solved this problem. Developing district can enter into statistics function interface to inquire directly conveniently and quickly.4. Printing function is convenient.According to various requirements on the job, when exploited the automobile labor resources information system, the printing function was considered very comprehensive. It added printing function on each page, each query information, each statistical information, personal information and comprehensive information, more convenient and humanization.5. Application of upload and download function.This function is prepared for those community (village) without network, and the ordinary users can input information in the computer without Internet, and then click this function to download a document with a DBF suffix, and then click this function in a computer with network to pass into database.6. Application of automatic calculation age function.In the regulation of countries and regions, female at the age of 18 to 55 and male at the age of 18 to 60 are labor. This system increases automatically the age of people in the database every year through the calculation of the birth year and month, and shows and counts people, female at the age of 18 to 55 and male at the age of 18 to 60, but female less than 18 or more than 55 and male less than 18 or more than 60 do not be shown nor statistics, but can be viewed.7. Feature function-- all household haven't one employment function.This function is a large feature of the automobile zone labor resources information system. In the automobile zone labor resources information system, personnel exist within the household. There is no one employment, which we called "zero employment family". In the system, each unit in which no one is employed, when clicking on this function the system will count and show the labor current situation, everyone's basic situation of each household, and the employment department of the developing zone will contact them and commend jobs, so that to ensure the dynamic of "zero employment family" in the automobile zone is "zero".The automobile zone labor resources information system combines the daily work of the labor bureau to research and invent. Now, the system had passed the tests and satisfied the demands of leader and staff, but it also needs to be improved gradually in the future work.
