As the progress of society and the development of technique,The widely used draught fan is becoming more important, but the unstable situation might be happen in the large capacity draught fan system, the casualties will be made and the economic losses will be caused. The traditional solution is that the safety is ensured by the efficiency sacrificed, it is not accord with the trend of energy saving and emission reduction. Therefore, the safe, stable and economical running of draught fan are secured by the design of appropriate protective equipment and scientific adjust method. The ideas of anti surge are controlled by the fuzzy control method based on it are proposed in the thesis.From the centrifugal blower surge phenomena, the centrifugal blower surge reason is introduced and the huge harm will caused, the application of fuzzy control theory in the centrifugal blower anti surge control is researched deeply and the system model is built, by the fuzzy rule storage the fuzzy discursion is got along, the fuzzy resolved is made to fuzzy control table, the fuzzy rule design and control table are enchased in SIEMENS S7-300 PLC. Finally, by the MATLAB simulation, the fuzzy control simulation and PID control simulation results are compared, the feasibility of fuzzy control centrifugal blower surge used in the thesis is verified.
