Research And Apply Control System Of Blower In Sewage Treatment Plant

With the rapid development of social economy in recent years, on the one hand, the environment undertake heavier and heavier load of pollution, on the other hand, the government and resident have a stronger consciousness of environment protect. Against this background, the government and company build many sewage treatment plants, and the research and empolde of equipment in sewage treatment plant becoming a important part of environmental enterprise, and the system of blower is one of the most important equipments in sewage treatment plant.In this paper,we research and discuss the theory and technology of centrifugal blower,and analyze the control and drive system,the,we introduce and research theory and technology about VFD and PLC. The emphases of our research is the control process principle in the PLC’s main program and subprogram. At last, we analyze some faults of the centrifugal blower and it’s control system, combining the experience in the trial run period.The item which this paper base on has moving steady for6months. The effect of which is stable, energy-saving and manpower-saving.
