Design And Implementation Of National Defense Education Colleges And Universities Standardized Management System

The Standardized Management System for the Nation Defense Education in the colleges and universities is a powerful and convenient information management platform, which is adapted to the currently requirement of National Defense Education in the colleges and universities of China, with the main design orientation such as data search, data collection, data loading, data management, etc.The requirement analysis and comprehensive design is constructed on the in-depth research and investigation of the National Defense Education in 22 colleges or universities located in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Jiangxi and Hubei these five provinces, also took the practice of the military training in the U.S. colleges and universities as reference, combined the characteristics and practical requirement of the National Defense Education in China, followed the instruction from the superior administration, received the advices and suggestions from several experts and proved the feasibility of system. This thesis proposed the design of the system and the scheme of the realization, described the concrete implementation and system testing of some subsystem in detail, and finally analyze the delinquency of the system and the measures of promotion. The whole system realized the main functions such as data management of the guns and ammunition utilization, online application of shooting range, the source and use management of military uniform, educational supervision management, online registration, information distribution, data maintenance and so on.The system is developed based on the JSP+Struts Web application of MVC pattern, setting the JBuilder as development tool, Oracle9i as backstage database, and JDBC database interview technique for database management. The whole system adopted the B/S framework, and realized the standardized management system of National Defense Education in the colleges and universities.
