Emerging in recent years,the reality shows become China’s TV screen indispensable one kind of form, deeply the general audience’s affection. National defense education reality TV show is the indispensable one, which once broadcast will cause a heated debate, especially in May 2015 in Hunan satellite TV broadcast of the "Takes A Real Man" program, obtained the high ratings and the high praise rate. The program of the Chinese people’s liberation army August First film studio and joint production of Hunan satellite TV, the marvelous scene and objective reality show military camp life, give the audience left a deep impression. Let the audience through the show to spy out the real military life, the dissemination of the mainstream values effectively, establish a positive and upward military image, pass defense education through learning to a broad audience.Based on the national defense education shows as the research object, of which the most representative Hunan satellite TV "Takes A Real Man" as the study case, analyzes current situation of the development of national defense education class a reality show, "Takes A Real Man" success factors and analysis, explore the national defense education problems arising from the development of reality show, and then put forward the feasibility on the development of this type of program development strategy recommendations.This article main body is divided into the following four parts:The first part, the paper expounds the national defense education reality show concept, analysis of the national defense education background of reality TV show, development of the national defense education class reality TV show.Deconstruction of the second part, the research object, analyzes the national defense education shows typical case- "Takes A Real Man". Analysis from multiple dimensions, including "Takes A Real Man" program mode, content, program marketing communication effect theory and program analysis.The third part, probe into "Takes A Real Man" success factors, including the content is novel, carry forward the mainstream values, strong production team, well-made, all media integrated marketing, etc.The fourth part, through further exploration, found that the national defense education shows the plight of the existing and feasibility development strategy recommendations.
