The Design And Application For The Information System Of College Students Classified Management Based On J2EE

Student management is the most important part in the college management work,and the strengthening of the standardization and scientificity is a significant approachfor college harmonious management. How to apply information technology methods,use resources reasonably and replace the cumbersome manual operation to realize theeffective and convenient student information management work, achieve resourcesharing, understand and grasp the information of students comprehensively,accurately and timely, adjust and utilize the information method effectively, so thatit can save human resources, material resources and time costs, improve themanagement efficiency has become a key point of campus information construction.This paper takes Guangzhou College of Technology and Business as an example,according to the university student information management problems faced bystudents, the design and development of integrated information management platform,in order to make the student information management more standardized, systematic,procedural, urges the student management work comprehensively improve.The system is planned and designed comprehensively. In the overall design ofthe system, advanced modular structure is adopted, three layer architecture technologyB/S structure based on the J2EE is selected in the technical architecture, Springframework technology and Struts2framework technology is utilized to developeasy-maintainable and easy-extensible student information management system,effectively reduce the system development difficulty, reduce the workload of databaseoperations.This project adopts object oriented development mode, and use the UMLdescription tools, complete the requirement analysis and system design of integratedinformation management platform. The project adopts mature open sourcetechnologies to reduce development costs and reduce risk, guarantee the quality of thesoftware to a certain extent. Functions realized in the system mainly include thirteenmanagement modules, such as the basic information, limits of power, student category,punishments and rewards, attendance, registration, emergency events, comprehensive evaluation, award and loan, certificate, Party and League, instructor evaluation, etc.Each department of the school can realize the releasing and sharing of informationthrough the campus network, which can not only grasp the dynamics of student, butalso promote the working efficiency.To sum up, based on the sufficient investigation and analysis of requirements inand around the school, a scientific and reasonable design is carried out to realize astable, safe, reliable, easy-maintainable and easy-extensible student comprehensiveinformation management platform, and it can accelerate the process of informationconstruction in the school to a certain extent.
