College library is an information center of the college, academic institutions serving for teaching and scientific research, which plays a very important role in the growth and success of the students. With the constant development of China's higher education, university libraries are also facing rare opportunities and new challenges. Now University Library already has a rich collection of resources, how to further improve the quality of library staff to enhance the level of University Library Services has become a priority.Ethics is an important component of quality of university librarians. How to strengthen the University Librarian Ethics and improve the quality of university librarian ethics has already become an important part of how to ensure the upgrading of the university library.
