Temperature, as an important parameters of life and production, their measurement andmonitoring are extremely important, but infrared measurement as a non-contact measurementmethods, because of its short response time, does not affect the measured temperature fieldgoals, measurable many advantages such as high temperature has been widely applied to avariety of temperature measurement or control of the situation. However, the measured ofinfrared temperature measurement is a small surface temperature, is independent temperature,the resolution is not high. When you need measuring the temperature distribution of a largefield of view in space, it can not meet the requirements, so array of infrared temperaturemeasurement technology was applied, It uses three-dimensional arrangement array ofreceiving elements to achieve signal conversion. The array functions in the data acquisitionsystem can only be collected through multi-channel technologies. Basing on the backgroundthe subject designs the multi-channel infrared temperature measurement data acquisitionsystem .Basing on the analysis of the array of infrared temperature measurement, data acquisitiontechnology, computer interface technology paper designs the multi-channel infraredtemperature measurement data acquisition system. The system includes hardware design andsoftware design to achieve temperature data conversion, acquisition, display, preservation andother functions.The hardware part realizes the temperature data acquisition, control, transfer function.The data was collect by infrared sensors of system, the collected data will be sent to the USBcontroller, and through the USB interface data arrival to the computer. Some of the hardwareare: Infrared receiver and the adapter circuit design, acquisition circuit, USB host controllerinterface, the external circuit design.The software part realizes the system host controller initialization, the control of the collection, device driver, the data received and the data manipulation functions. Softwaredesign section includes: USB interface firmware, device drivers, user programs. USBfirmware which completed in KeilC, device driver development by the Driver Works, the userprograms is implemented in VC.
