With the rapid development of computer and network communication technology, the digital signal processing technology has been used in more industries. The way of traditional monitoring systems are using the cable. But there are two disadvantages. On the one hand, the cost of operating is too high, and it can not bury optical fiber in some place which Infrastructure has been constructed. Such as Roads,fields and mountains and so on.。In view of the above circumstances, the new monitoring method-the wireless monitoring appears. IN this paper, combining with mature digital signal processing technology, I design and realize a wireless monitoring system basing on DSP.In this paper, I briefly introduced video signal format, such as:H.261,H.263,JPEG and MPEG and so on. Then I introduced the circuit design basing on DSP in detail. Including:the connections among DSP and its basic device,allocation of DSP storage space and the Connection Method between DSP and external storage space. Following, I Introduced the connections between DSP and peripheral device-SAA7111A,CC2400.At the same time, I introduced attention of the circuit connections of DSP. Then introduce the software designing, mainly including CPLD and DSP two part, the DSP part mainly are SAA7111A initialization, image acquisition and processing as well as wireless transmitting and receiving program. After that I give the experiment results, and analysis the experiment image.At last, summarize the works in the thesis, and analysis the deficiency and improvements.
