Accessing to the real-time parameters of downhole accurately, as an important basis for the oil exploration, exploitation and drilling operations, can provide the necessary security for improving the level and operation efficiency. From the current literature records and related reports, we can learn that obtaining the test data mainly by two ways: cable and wireless mode. The cable way is applied wider and more mature, but because it exists many inconveniences and affects the well operations to a certain extent, so it limits the efficiency of the oil drilling. The wireless way became the domestic and foreign research hotspot in recent years; some countries have made some achievements in breaking the restrictions and improving operation efficiency.This paper proposed a new wireless transmission oil testing solution, based on the existing technique. Firstly, we have made some important reference data by numerous visits of well environment. Then, through the meticulous mathematical deduction, we concluded a theoretical model that could reflect the signal transmission path of the channel composed of casing and ground, and analyzed the various factors of influencing the actual transmission. We put forward a set of wireless system, preliminarily designed the each part of the system combining the well structure and expounded the implementation principle. We mainly used a unique carrier wave, through an effective amplifier circuit we could amplify the modulated and decoded wave, finally coupled it to the special launcher and leaked it to the ground. We can improve the signal transmission distance by trunking, and the ground receiver could filter the strong noise in the weak signal and amplify the useful signal through multi-cascade amplification equipped with adopts special processing mechanism filter device. We adopted special processing software for the underground data in ground computer; the software could calculate the data and draw the curve on the screen with real-time changes. This paper analyzed each function and described the specific circuit design. Finally, we made some experiments on the oil field and had obtained certain achievements through the analysis of experimental results. Due to the complexity and particularity of the environment, we still need further in-depth study to solve the existed puzzles. However, some proposed technology of the paper provides important basis for further research in this field, and has certain significance.
