The X-ray angle sorter is an important equipment in the area of incision and process of crystal now. Based on the Prague equation and by use of the X-ray, the equipment is an exact equipment to analyze the crystal. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of crystal, we need to using rotation measurement to detect the crystal, but in actual design and development process, we use the low accuracy encoder in combine with high speed data collector using data interpolation to acquire the diffraction data of X-Ray in every second, it requires the turntable running smoothly, otherwise, the shake of the turntable will affect the accuracy of the crystal measurement. Therefore, the design and development for turntable of the automatic X-ray angle sorter has the important theory and the practical significance.The thesis has designed a turntable system based on FPGA platform to achieve the speed control for the turntable and accurate measurement of the shake of turntable. For speed control subsystem, using optical-electricity encoder to get speed feedback information, the thesis has designed hardware circuit which is made up of the interface of optical-electricity encoder, motor drive circuit and software block as well. The thesis employs adaptive inverse control to eliminate the impact of disturbance toque on the system, designs and simulates the controller. The simulation results prove that the controller meets the design requirements of the system. For the shake measurement subsystem, the thesis employs the CCD technology for beam deflection modulation of the crystal, designs the hardware interface circuit which is made up of binarization circuit, CCD drive circuit and data collection circuit and software block as well. The thesis designs the PC monitoring interface to process real-time monitoring at the same time.The thesis's main work includes:the designing of speed control system of turntable, the designing of shake measurement system of turntable, the designing of USB communication program and PC monitoring program, the algorithm research of speed control of turntable.
