The development trend of Web application has transferred from a closely coupled single system to a loosly, component-based Dynamic composite system, and a new scheme to construct software applications based on service-oriented is put forward. Services (Applications) integration will become innovative development of the next generation e-commerce, Web Services will be the Internet based framework structure of next generation e-commerce, and it will become a main trend to provide integrated services based on dynamic service discovery and services integration immediately. Therefore, in network economic pattern, enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises, dynamic alliance will be the main business model. To promote the development of small and medium enterprises in enhancing the competitiveness of the market, an urgent need to provide a platform with open, secure, reliable, scalable and maintainable is put forward for enterprises to realize business cooperation in a dynamic alliance to meet the current economic model.Accordingly, the Web services technology, and the SOA technology, and other related international standards and technology also will be proposed and put to practical application. Under the current network economic model, according to the requirement of the small and medium enterprises for dynamic alliance enabled system, based on Web services, a service-oriented service integration enabled prototype system-e_Scope is proposed. This thesis focuses on studying the system model and UDDIi based sharing knowledge management model. Against the characteristics of the system, a system model, cooperation model and the alliance enabling platform building model are proposed to provide the basis support for building dynamic alliance enabling systems. According to the core data structure of UDDI, the e_UDDI metadata model, the metadata schema of shared resources and the management model of shared information resources are presented to flexibly implement the resource management on demand. At last, the key techniques to realize a service integrated system based on UDDI are given and implement the system by using C# program language.
