At the same time, it is a kind of strong economic power, which plays a decisive role in public life, social development as well as the stability of our nation. The journalists undertake some important tasks such as guiding the public opinion, educating the public, conveying the message and spreading the knowledge, working as the specific practitioners in the activity of message spreading .Their occupational ethics conditions influence the function of news directly.The transformation of our country's economy from the planned economy to the socialist market economy has brought huge vigor and unprecedented opportunity for the journalism and the journalists. However, it has brought up challenges and enticement which cannot be neglected as well . These years, the factors such as the economy, politics, culture, the society causes many journalists to abandon their professional conduct and do many things disobeying the news professional ethics which has done great harm to the development of the public, the society and themselves. Therefore, the professional ethics of the journalists makes the guarantee for the journalism in market economy. Based on the present situation, The study on attribution and countermeasures of the loss of professional ethics of journalists has great significance in both theory and practice. It may provide the theoretical support for the building of journalists occupational ethics and the behavior reference for the news spreading of news media and the news workers.There are five kinds of the loss of professional ethics of journalists in our country including the false news, the payoffs-aimed news, the philistinism of journalism, the news sensationalism and the journalistic tort. As to the external causes for this phenomenon the changing of society and the weakness of our supervision are the main factors .What's more , the lack of quality of journalists themselves and the irrationality of the inner mechanism of journalism are the internal causes. If we want to put an end to this phenomenon, the key is to improve the own quality of the journalists. Secondly, we should strengthen the construction of the inner mechanism in journalistic organizations, build and improve the supervision mechanism which can regulate the professional behaviors of journalists.
