With the modernization of production and coal mine safety production, the various mining electrical equipment such as electronic protection plug, vacuum contactor and motor, fault dection of them has become increasingly important. In the thesis, intelligent multi-voltage electronic mine protector comprehensive automated test system is designed. The fully functional system,with manual testing and automated testing has a strong practical value and economic value.The hardware of comprehensive automated test system mainly consists of a comprehensive test bench, industrial computer, high-current generator, LCD monitor and Printer. Industrial computer and integrated test bench communicated by advantech data acquisition boards, PCI bus and ISA bus. The system required to switch signals and analog signals with advantech data acquisition boards. The main software part is powerful and easily operated configuration software-MCGS. The system mainly tests the electronic protection plug to determine whether plug-fault; In addition, the system is also able to test the parameters and the synchronization with contact action of the vacuum contactor, and also to test the parameters of motor, in order to determine equipment whether the fault.Comprehensive automated test system not only can test electrical equipment fault of mine, but also largely determine the position and orientation of equipment failure. Therefore, this article detailed theory of fault diagnosis and fault diagnosis. Combined with the relatively advanced technology of modern fault diagnosis-fault tree diagnosis, diagnose fault diagnosis of electronic protection plug using the method of establishing the fault tree model, and then to light integrated electronic circuit protection equipment to protect the failure of state analysis shows that; and using intelligent fault diagnosis of fuzzy fault tree of the motor failure prediction and fault diagnosis, fault tree is given, but also experience the various parts of the motor are given the probability of failure occurs. Integrated test system is now developed into a finished product and run fine, but with comprehensive and automation to improve.
